Does any one know how to create ipv6-in-ipv6 tunnel in fedora core?.

I came across a tool called ipv6tunnel in usagi project but i couldnt find it in fedora core. Does there exists any such tool or any technique to create ipv6-in-ipv6 tunnel in fedora
