When you go to Firefox -> Edit Menu -> Preferences -> Downloads -> I see no way to do either of the following things: 1. define a new mime type (and then associate it with a program. 2, Add extensions to an existing mime type. For example there is a line that says DOC files are to be opened with OpenOffice. How would you add that RTF files are to be opened with OpenOffice. This has bugged me for over 6 months? ======================================================================= You've always made the mistake of being yourself. -- Eugene Ionesco ------------------------------------------- Aaron Konstam Computer Science Trinity University telephone: (210)-999-7484
