Hi There

As it hapens, I made a volume cli utility.

It depends on Kmix but since Kmix interfaces with alsa, it can work even if 
you are not using kde.  Still, if you are using kde, then you can just use 
this script.

Example uses

volume --mute
volume --unmute
volume --30
volume --up 10
