I would ask you to file a bug report if there isn't one.

This is the second time I've seen this come up on this list - I don't
recall seeing a solution posted before (I'll do a search).

I maintain the libvisual-plugins package but I do not use it with AmoroK
- I use it with totem via the libvisual gstreamer-plugin (not currently
in Fedora Extras, though it should be soon I hope) where it does work.

Since AmoroK uses gstreamer, I wonder if it wants the gstreamer plugin -
I don't think it does, at least I don't think it use to. Maybe that's
changed.

I do not maintain the libvisual package, that's maintained I believe by
the same person as AmoroK. But it should work so the problem needs to be
identified.
