Looks interesting. Does it handle files with different names?
I cobbled together some bash and Perl script that runs md5sum over a
partition and then sorts by the checksum, identifying the dups for possible
hard-linking. My biggest problem ends up being multiple backups of my
servers or downloads of some large files like CD images and video and game
recordings. <http://www.rsnapshot.org/> looks like it might be a good
solution for the first problem.
