I don't know if a 4-port version is available, but I'm successfully using a2-port JustCom (with audio) to switch between my XP and FC4 desktops. I'musing a Logitech MX700 mouse with PS/2-to-USB adapter and a cheap LogitechPS/2 keyboard.
