Tim Waugh from redhat recently posted the statement that the latest system-config-printer( system-config-printer-0.6.131.3-1) now works with HPLIP device drivers. Since this is a redhat source it seemed worthwhile to check out since is was not true in the past. So I tried it and it seems to work better than it did but one still can't configure HP Color Laserjet 3500 which seems strange. Any comments from Tim or anyone else. -- ======================================================================= IN MY OPINION anyone interested in improving himself should not rule out becoming pure energy. -- Jack Handley, The New Mexican, 1988. ------------------------------------------- Aaron Konstam Computer Science Trinity University telephone: (210)-999-7484
