You may also want to consider using the -exec option of find as in :
find . -name '*.mp3' -exec ls -l "{}"' ';'
which in your case might look something like this:
find . -name '*.mp3' -exec command-mp3-2-ogg "{}" ';'
The {} is the place holder for the filename.
