No. There are developer constraints
Updates in the
maintained versions, stick close to upstream in Fedora
Shouldn't that mean that an updated prior release Fedora would
be very much like the next version as released?
No. It simply means that the updates when available are close to the
upstream versions and not that each and everything will be available as
an update
