Any ideas? DVD+RW does not require that the whole disc be formatted in one swell foop. It formats a small portion to start, and incrementally thereafter as you send data to the drive. I don't know offhand what the minimum is, but I suspect you'll find it on the program author's web page, at http://fy.chalmers.se/~appro/linux/DVD+RW/. So you may be fine; try writing some data to the disc and see what you get. -- Charles Curley /"\ ASCII Ribbon Campaign Looking for fine software \ / Respect for open standards and/or writing?
