It goes to anonymous ftp by default and switches to pub. It also has a
options ((although I could not find this quickly) to ftp whole
directories, It can be installed by yum from extras and has a lot of
other neat features.
Right... But I want to do this on the server side when someone logs in
as anonymous... Force their session to start out in ~ftp/pub/
