However when I tried to add the printer, the new driver wasn't listed there. I checked update and updating cups and all related packages, also system-config-printer. Restarting. But the problem persists. I tested it on Mdk 10.2, and it shows the newly added drivers. Then finally, I added the printer using the cups configuration web interface (localhost:631), and managed to finish it (this is on my FC4 testbed machine). However, my situation is that: I'm going to install FC4 on around 50 PC that is designated purely for Office work, so no apache or other server will be installed. So, I'm really depending on the system-config utility for FC4. Have anyone experience this problem? Thanks Fajar.
