need more info. File a bug in bugzilla with any relevant
info from /var/log/messages

As it says, your BIOS is really old. The ACPI implementations
from that era were frankly, crap. The ACPI code in the kernel
refuses to run them unless you boot with acpi=force.

need the exact complete messages from 1-2 lines around that message.
File another bug in bugzilla with the output of dmesg and lspci
