Ah! You didn't mean 3 identical message at a time, but 3 in sum. Yes, he
(the OP) posted this question 3 times with some hours in between. And
when the third message came to list I replied:

Sorry, you can't do something against this - no technical problem, but a
social one. The only chance is to train users that repeating will not
raise the chance to get popular and people likely to answer.
