SELINUX=Enforcing
SELINUXTYPE=targeted

in "booleans" 
ftpd_is_daemon=1
ftp_home_dir=1

But I do get a message from the kernel about the booleans file not being 
readable at startup. Perhaps it's the cause for some nasty things.
