Once the issue is addressed via a bugzilla ticket, there may be a link to a maintainer's test image (generally a small boot.iso). If it is a big enough issue, you wait the ~6 months for the next release. Or, better yet, since you know you have a problem, you use the test releases to verify the issue is fixed.
