Its in the ISO directory of the distribution. Here's one from a mirror:

I need one for x86_64 and I don't see anything similar in that iso dir.
on the site or on a mirror. I have found the regular iso. Are there
instructions somewhere for makig a x86_64 rescue cd? I haven't been
able to find any...
