Because you included the "managed" option, which indicates that the
entry is managed by HAL (and fstab-sync in particular).  Something
isn't detecting the floppy, or HAL has become screwed up and isn't
recognizing the floppy.  You can run "lshal" to see what HAL has
found, but this produces a lot of output.  You should run it under
both the old and new kernels and note what changes.
