Which one?

./ekjnipei.default/Mail/save/pop.sbcglobal.yahoo-2.com/msgFilterRules.dat
./ekjnipei.default/Mail/save/pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com/msgFilterRules.dat
./ekjnipei.default/Mail/pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com/msgFilterRules.dat
./ekjnipei.default/Mail/Local Folders/msgFilterRules.dat
"./ekjnipei.default/Mail/pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com/msgFilterRules.dat"
is the one that's needed.
That file is empty. The one which contains the filter definitions is the

OK, according to the header of your posts, you're using Thunderbird
1.0.2 :-( If this is correct, I'd suggest updating to the current
version 1.0.6 before proceeding further. 1.0.2 has some major security
issues/bugs associated with it :-(
