The epoch is the same in both. I thought that the epoch tag was to be incremented ONLY to resolve ambiguous version numbers. I know that I can do that but I'm trying to determine why rpm doesn't see that 2.2.5-3 is newer than 2.2.4-1. In this case it is relatively safe to use epoch since there are no packages (other than pfloggsumm) that depend on postfix (mutt is not installed). -- Tired of spam?
