You have to install the kernel-devel rpm for the version of your
kernel.  This is a yum update.

also depending on the version of your Cisco VPN Client you will have
to edit the interceptor.c file.  You have to remove the words inline
in the code of that file for gcc to compile with out errors.  Cisco
VPN Client 4.6.02 seems to work with out editing this file.

I had this issue with FC3, and FC4 until I got the new VPN Client.
