It doesn't say anything, but now I can see the device 
in /etc/cups/printers.conf:
]# grep URI /etc/cups/printers.conf 
...
DeviceURI socket://160.36.28.51:9100
DeviceURI ipp://192.168.0.100/printers/HomePrinter

However, trying sending test page from system-config-printer still give me the 
same error message. Applications (ie. kmail, kate, gedit, etc) still do not 
see any printer configured there, so I can't print from apps.
