allowing more than 8MB file as attachment with squirrelmail

hey friends,

  I am using FC3.I am not able to attach more than 8MB file with
squirrelmail whereas I have set the post_max_size=25M and
upload_max_filesize=25M in php.ini.

I can send the attachment of more than 8MB through email clients,but
not through squirrelmail.Please tell me how to increase the size of
attachment for files with  squirrelmail.
