Hi, all,
I met a problem after I upgrade kernel from 2.6.9 to
2.6.11-1.35_FC3.x86_64, the forcedeth powered Nvidia ethernet
interface always show me in dmesg:

NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out
nv_stop_tx: TransmitterStatus remained busy<7>eth0: tx_timeout: dead entries!
nv_stop_tx: TransmitterStatus remained busyip_tables: (C) 2000-2002
Netfilter core team

in this case I couldn't reach any net hosts via eth via eth0. I am
very strange about this. so I try google, I found I am not alone on
that: http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4552

But I have no idea about kernel hacking, so could anyone give me tips?
maybe I need to try Nvidia driver? or back to previous version like
2.6.9, by the way, how could it be.

My system:
motherboard: MSI K8N Neo3
system: Fedora 3 x86_64

Thanks for any help....

Zhou Zhen
