I'm running FC3 on a machine that recently crashed, I reset the machine and everything came back up fine except winbindd. When I try to start it says ok, but then its not running. When I start with -F -S here's the output: winbindd version 3.0.10-1.fc3 started. Copyright The Samba Team 2000-2004 Failed to open /etc/samba/secrets.tdb Could not initialize domain trust account secrets. Giving up I've verified that it is there and I've even made it world readable. I deleted the AD account and re-joined but still winbindd won't start. Any ideas? ------------------- Michael P.
