Both are rebuilds from RHEL sources and attempt to stick as closely as
possible to the upstream releases.  I switched from WBEL to CentOS  with
the 4 release as they do a better job of updates.  They also have extras
and centosplus add-ons that supply additional packages and update core
packages respectively; however, that takes you farther away from RHEL.

May also want to check out rpmforge and karan.org packages if you want
add-ons/upgrades.
