I may be wrong (and hopefully did not give false information last time),
but I think that DeviceURI must be either

DeviceURI ipp://192.168.0.2/printers/deskjet-5550-2

or

DeviceURI http://192.168.0.2:631/printers/deskjet-5550-2

Are you able to read http://192.168.0.2:631/printers/deskjet-5550-2
through browser access from the printer client?

Does following on the client show the server shared printer:

lpstat -h 192.168.0.2 -l -v

and on the server itself:

lpstat -l -v
