with specific provisions against software patents.

Problem is that under EU rules the european parliament is an
afterthought attached to a trading cartel. The parliamant has no legal
method that I know of for proposing legislation, they can only ammend
what the commision sends them to debate.

But - wow - I never thought this would be stopped - I'm thrilled!!!
