This is for a laptop of Acer, which has Centrino and Intel Pentium M
processor...
can it even be ran on that? (I had troubles with FC2, so that is why I
want 4)

You downloaded the source. Unless you intend to recompile and then
install you got the wrong ones. Try getting FC4-i386-discx.iso (there
should be four of them).
