Intel D915GAG/Marvel driver for FC3

I've just installed and up2date'd (including kernel updates)
FC3 onto an Intel D915GAG system with a Marvel 88E-8050 on-board
GBE chip, but Fedora refuses to see it. lspci shows:

00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corp. 915G/P/GV Processor to I/O Controller (rev 04)

06:01.0 Ethernet controller: 3Com Corporation 3c905C-TX/TX-M [Tornado] (rev 74)

So the device seems to be visible on the bus, but no driver gets loaded.
The sk98lin driver (which I think is the right one) is there:

[root@fmtest ~]# modinfo sk98lin

According to the motherboard spec, the Marvel chip on this mobo
is connected to a PCI-express lane. Does this mean that the standard
FC3 driver wont work, and that I have to get something from Intel?
Is that 'Unknown device 4361' fatal?

Cheers,
Terry.
