If you boot into runlevel 3 without "rhgb quiet" options, do you then
see more related to your problem? To do so press "a" at grub boot screen
and erase the "rhgb quiet" options from the kernel line and append a "3"
(all without quotes).Here is part of the system output after I changed the runlevel to 3.audit(1119915649.347:707): avc: denied { read } for pid=560 comm="hotplug" name=ld.so.cache dev=hda5 ino=1132333 scontext=system_u:system_r:hotplug_ttcontext=system_u:object_r:file_t tclass-fileaudit(1119915906.590:708): avc: denied { read } for pid=571 comm="default.hotplug" name=mtab dev=hda5 ino=1136107 scontext=system_u:system_r:hotplug_5 5context=system_u:object_r:file_t tclass=fileaudit(1119915906.590:709): avc: denied { read } for pid=571 comm="default.hotplug" name=fstab dev=hda5 ino=1135049 scontext=system_u:system_r:hotplug_t tcontext=system_u:object_r:file_t tclass=file
