I have the made in china netgear wg511 card working on FC3 using Linuxant driverloader and
ms driver. Does anyone know if this will work on FC4 or does FC4 support the chinese made wg511 wireless card.

It's unlikely your card will work with native Linux drivers any time soon.
For advice re the driverloader, ask your vendor. It should be able to work with no more than a recompile, like going from one fc3 kernel to another.
Also, ndiswrapper may work.
A note to others: if you're buying a card to work with Linux, this isn't a good choice.
