Question : Wouldnt the boot disk from fedora 1(or any version) work to boot into Fedora4(or any version) ?
The kernel wouldn't match the loadable kernel modules, so probably not.
Good suggestions, but unfortunately, applying logic to the real world doesn't produce predictable results. :)
