I have a fresh install of FC4. I have a couple of problems that I have not been able to resolve.

I've noticed in FC4 that if I boot to run level 3 and then launch X with
startx I only see the "Log Off" option, whereas if I boot to run level 5
I get the "Shut Down" and "Restart the Computer" options also. In FC3 I
always saw all three options.

I have been booting with run level 3 and starting x with startx. When I just booted with run level 5, all of the options are available on the Log Out dialog. Thank you for solving this issue for me.
