One odd issue I'm having after installed the Sun tarball (I installed it properly... or at least limewire works) is that the java plugin for firefox doesn't work. I created a symlink between /usr/lib/firefox/plugins and /opt/java... and it never seems to get registered (never shows up on about:plugins). I am running the x86_64 version of FC4 with the i386 version of firefox installed. The flash plugin and mplayer plugin are properly registered. The symlink to the java plugin also is not broken.
