Be a selfmade man :)

cd /var/tmp
wget
http://wftp.tu-chemnitz.de/pub/linux/fedora-core/4/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/fedora-release-4-2.noarch.rpm
rpm2cpio fedora-release-4-2.noarch.rpm | cpio -ivd
./etc/yum.repos.d/fedora.repo
su (annotation: yes, not "su -" to stay in /var/tmp)
mv ./etc/yum.repos.d/fedora.repo /etc/yum.repos.d/
exit
rm -rf ./etc

You now have back exactly the same fedora.repo file which is shipped
with FC4.
