How do I install system-config-display?
If you have an Internet connection, try:
# yum install system-config-display
Is it from the CDs? If so what do I do first?
It'll also be on one of the CDs (I don't know which one). Look in the Fedora/RPMS directory of each one for a system-config-display rpm file.
