I've set it up several times, always using Disk Druid when installing.
I'm just surprised their isn't a comparable GUI for doing it after
installing. But I since it is not a repetitive admin task, it hasn't
occured to RH to do a system-config-* tool based on the code in the
GUI installer.

It is a pretty common request but the installer requiring significant
refactoring before disk druid can be modularized. There are other
interesting things happening now. Just a matter of priorities and time
