Fresh Install of FC4 is Segfaulting with yum and rpm...

I just installed FC4 on a Dell 6300 quad Xeon 550Mhz box with 3.5G Memory (from DVD)... When I run: yum update or rpm -qa, I get a segmentation fault.

I've never ran into this before, what kind of information would be needed in order for someone to help me trouble shoot my problem ??
