SRPMS are Source RPMs. These are shipped as the GPL says that software
under GPL must be published by sources too. These packages are of
interest for people wanting to modify something in the original binary
RPMs.

For the installation of FC4 you need the binary RPMs, thus the
FC4-i386-disc[1-4].iso files. Get only those. The BitTorrent download
will offer you only these and it is a better choice as it reduces the
risk to make the main Red Hat server and it's mirrors unresponsible.
