These packages are of interest for people wanting to modify something in the original binary RPMs. For the installation of FC4 you need the binary RPMs, thus the FC4-i386-disc[1-4].iso files. Get only those. The BitTorrent download will offer you only these and it is a better choice as it reduces the risk to make the main Red Hat server and it's mirrors unresponsible.
