I built a mythtv box a while back.  Use it everyday, I hardly ever watch
live TV anymore.  :)

Follow the http://wilsonet.com/mythtv instructions closely and read all
the information.  The mythtv packages are on atrpms repository.  

This is not as simple as just installing the RPM and running it.  There
is some configuration that you must do manually get everything setup. 
If you follow the guide he walks you through it.
