I too ad problems with the 27 version. When I brought up Eclipse, My window manager crashed. It's memory usage sky rockets and goes massively virtual. Only solution is to eventually open the root shell (extremely slow) and type:- # evolution --force-shutdown When Evolution is reopen it generally recovers the composed email and continues till editing another email. Had problems with Kernel 2.6.11-1.14_FC3 and reverted to 2.6.10-1.770_FC3 which I had been using for 23 days solid with evolution open without a hitch. Install and boot 2.6.11-1.27_FC3 and Evolution starts crashing and eating memory.
