You can also put this in your inittab:
/etc/inittab
######
log1:3:respawn:/usr/bin/ssh -nNtx -R 80:localhost:80 servbox > /dev/null
2>&1 
######

As you probably guessed at that point you'd just point your yum config's
to localhost, Ya' dig?
