I'm not sure how this affects the "first boot" sequence. Yes. It is first boot after install. It doesn't matter what I type at the grub boot prompt. Everything results in "Error 27: Unrecognized command". I'm sure it wants to finish the post install configuration, but I'm stuck. Well, the vesa driver for the card seems to work fine on the x86_32 install, and it uses the same driver for the x86_64 install.
