Well, if you are "brave", you can do an FTP-install of RawHide: http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/i386/images/

But still: an FTP-install for FC would be great.

again. it already exists. download the boot.iso image from the following link and use "linux askmethod to do a FTP installation

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/3/i386/os/images/
