Hi

From a ubuntu or other debian-based system I could just 'apt-get backuppc' and have it installed automatically. On fedora, I have to install by hand from http://backuppc.sourceforge.net/

Backuppc is the one Debian/ Ubuntu repository because someone volunteered to maintain it there. If you are interested you could do the same in Fedora Extras. If you want to do that
