FC4 will be out next month, but you can try the test3 .isos for FC4 at the main red hat site. You can also try mirror sites, like this one: ftp://ftp.linux.ncsu.edu/pub/fedora/linux/core/test/3.92/i386/iso/ remember to download the regular .isos for your system, not the ones with "SRPM".
