Hey all!

Can anyone tell me how I can change the time until the GRUB boot loader
loads the default OS?  I'd also like to change which OS is loaded by
default, but I can't remember how to do that.  I remember it can be
changed by changing some settings in a configuration file, but which one
I don't know.
