Important or not , I'm taking action. Just mailed his ISP (since they dont have any public addresses on their page , I tried the usual addresses for abuse and support) asking to either block him from receiving e-mail from this list or to properly configure his anti-spam...
and I'm configured to bounce at SMTP time, so if someone's getting the bounce msgs perhaps my profligacy will spark something:-)
