I've been dealing a lot with rpms lately and have run into quite a bit
of info on how to do it.  Through some trial and error, you'll finally
get a hang of it.  Anyways, here's some helpful links to get you
started:

These 3 links, as well as looking at many source RPM spec files as
references has been extremely helpful.
